AI reveals fractures faster than you can patch them. A workflow that handles 10 clients weekly collapses at 25.
A voice that works in email sounds robotic in social. A pricing model that converts consultative sales fails in self-serve. Future friction costs more than present effort.
The constraint isn't AI. The constraint is architectural debt you've been carrying for months. Every founder operates in two timelines: solving today's problems and designing away tomorrow's.
AI accelerates both. Speed without structure means you hit the next wall faster.
The builders who win the next 18 months are running fracture audits now.
They're asking: where does this break at 2x scale? Where does my system require me when it shouldn't? Where am I building work for future me instead of leverage?

The Pre-Sell Validation Workflow
The Friction Forecast Framework audits your current operations for future load.
Run this quarterly. Takes 15 minutes. Prevents months of cleanup.
Step 1: Map your five highest-frequency operations. Client onboarding, content production, sales calls, delivery, support.
Step 2: For each operation, ask: "What breaks first if volume doubles in 90 days?" The answer is your fracture point.
Step 3: Categorize each fracture. Dependency fracture: requires you personally. Input fracture: depends on inconsistent quality. Documentation fracture: lives in your head. Decision fracture: requires judgment calls AI can't make.
Step 4: Score fracture severity. High: breaks workflow completely. Medium: creates bottleneck. Low: adds friction.
Step 5: Design the bypass now. Dependency fractures need SOPs or decision trees. Input fractures need templates or voice locks. Documentation fractures need recorded walkthroughs. Decision fractures need rules-based frameworks.
Prompt to run this with Claude:
"I'm running a Friction Forecast. Here are my five highest-frequency operations: [list them]. For each one, help me identify what breaks first if volume doubles in 90 days. Then categorize each fracture as dependency, input, documentation, or decision. Score severity. Suggest the type of bypass system I should build now."

This is where I pressure-test fracture severity against real-world patterns. Open a new conversation. Describe one of your high-frequency operations, its current volume, and your identified fracture point. Then prompt: "What are the most common failure points when this operation scales 2x in 90 days, and what bypass systems do operators build first?"
What it does well: surfaces category-level failure patterns quickly and maps them to your specific operation. You'll often find your "unique" bottleneck has a documented bypass hiding in plain sight.
Where it breaks: it can't see inside your business. It works from what you give it — if your fracture description is vague, the output will be too. Garbage in, garbage out.
When to use it: after completing Steps 1–3 of the Friction Forecast. Once you've named your fractures, use Claude to calibrate severity scores and identify bypass systems worth building first.
When to skip it: if you haven't mapped your operations yet. Run the audit first. Then bring Claude in to stress-test what you found.

A founder hired me to fix "content inconsistency." The diagnostic revealed something else. Her content system required 14 decisions per post. Tone, format, hook style, CTA, platform optimization, visual direction, caption length. Each decision created delay and variance. We compressed 14 decisions into 3 rule-based frameworks. Output quality stayed high. Production time dropped 60%. The friction wasn't the content. The friction was the cognitive load per unit of output.

The Clarity Diagnostic maps where your business creates unnecessary cognitive load. Book yours:
